2 Samuel 19:34-35
1 John 1:9 - If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us [our] sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
1 John 1:7 - But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
1 Corinthians 10:13 - There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God [is] faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear [it].
New International Version
For you have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through the living and enduring word of God.
New Living Translation
For you have been born again, but not to a life that will quickly end. Your new life will last forever because it comes from the eternal, living word of God.

But Barzillai said to the king, "How long have I yet to live, that I
should go up with the king to Jerusalem? "I am now eighty years old Can
I distinguish between good and bad? Or can your servant taste what I
eat or what I drink? Or can I hear anymore the voice of singing men and
women? Why then should your servant be an added burden to my lord the
king?
Through this Bible chapter and verse, it shows us that no matter what a person need to be counting his or her life ahead towards his living on in-earth or to live out of earth. because one day either Old or Not, a person just have to die one day. Thereby within the few years of age you might worth to live on earth, a person need to discover and choose the kind of raise he has to live for, which means set eyes on Vision and how to live-on either for good or bad.
IYOKU EMI (THE REMAINING LIFE)
How old are you presently now, can you ask yourself a while, if you can truly discover your age, then now ask again, "How did you live your previous life you have spent on earth" till this present time you are talking now.
When you discover all those ways, then how does those life that you have live meant to you. Does it meant something or nothing. Spiritually, does it mean something, Physically, does it meant something? If it meant something Physically but not spiritually, then discovered that you are not okay. Likewise, if it means something Spiritually but not physically, then also discovered that you are not okay as well. For both these two aspect essentially must be balance. Then if its not balance, definitely you are not simply online with God.
Now ask yourself, did you have God? if you have God, which kind of God did you have? Is the God that will make the rest of your life to still be worthless and not have assurance of your upcoming life. That means, if its true God, then hope that the remaining situation will still balance; and if other gods, the rest of the remaining life might still be on risks. Why, because these will depend on that; if sudden your life comes to an end to leave this earth, then will you still be able to enjoy or loose finally.

Can a person be enjoy life after death, yes; through faith of the bible, John 14 New King James Version (NKJV)
14 “Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. 2 In My Father’s house are many [a]mansions; if it were not so, [b]I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also. 4 And where I go you know, and the way you know.”
These verse show us that there is such a place prepared for every persons died on earth for to live in heaven. As there so many mansions prepared for you there, in which you might not afford to build on earth at times despite of every hardness or working to obtain money but freely house to have, to live in heaven with no lackness.
That means, it is very compulsory to have a change of life for repentance from your any ways of the past life you have live and start living a new freedom life ahead to your remaining life, for no one knows when he's time of dead will come.
The change from the past life doesn't count anything to loose your eternal life which compulsory for all human being to be running towards, but only the life of the present is what mean and compulsory to be envisage on to meet your eternal heaven. Read this bible verses

These means, no matter how the circumstances or many things that may occur with these remaining lifes, a person now need to be stable out of sin finally and live by the spirit of God, and you shall be saved forever.
